E-Response Schedule + Order Change Policy

E-Request/Email/Order Response Schedule
Due to a mass amount of requests at this time, we are processing emails and new orders based on time-sensitivity/delivery day:

Mon Route Customers=Email/Web Request/Order will be processed by Sunday
Tues Route Customers=Email/Web Request/Order will be processed on Monday
Wed Route Customers=Email/Web Request/Order will be processed on Tuesday
Thurs Route Customers=Email/Web Request/Order will be processed on Wednesday
Fri Route Customers=Email/Web Request/Order will be processed on Thursday

***If you'd like to skip a delivery, change your order, modify your preferences, or update your payment information--please still give the office at least 48 hours notice (by email or e-request via our website) prior to your scheduled delivery.***

All new customer sign-ups received by Saturday before 3PM will be scheduled for delivery that week on the appropriate day according to delivery zone. All new customer orders submitted during the current delivery week will receive their first delivery the following week. You will receive a confirmation email from us at least one day before your order will be delivered.
